Passenger’s Card
- You cannot walk more than 100 meters independently for at least six months, even with aids such as a cane or crutches.
- You cannot drive a car yourself. You continuously need the help of a driver.
- You can also apply for a combination of a driver’s card and a passenger’s card, for example, if you are permanently in a wheelchair.
