VS-1005-12 Public space notification with eID (eIDAS)

Your living environment consist of places that everyone has accesss to. Think of squares, roads, parks, playgrounds or sports fields. It is important that these places are safe and tidy. If you want to bring a dangerous or unpleasant matter to our attention such as: a hole in the road, a faulty lamppost or overdue maintenance of public green, you can fill in this form.

You can report about the following affairs:

• Green areas.
• Street lights.
• Waste and containers.
• Wells and sewer system.
• Streets, sidewalks and roads.
• Traffic, detours and street signs.
• Playgrounds, play and park furniture.
• Water.
• Bridges, walls, fences and art objects.
• Graffiti.
• Slippery roads.
• Road works.
• Traffic lights.

The municipality kindly asks you to:

• Provide s clear description of what the notification is about.
• Provide the location.
• Provide a photo and/or other relevant documents. Later on in this form you can add this as an 'attachment'.

The following does not fall within the scope of the municipality:

• If you found a living animal: call the animal ambulance.

• Inconvenience caused by other people (neighbours, youth, addicts): call the police.

In case of emergency:
In case of danger to people, animals and the environment, you can call the police 24 hours a day on 112 or 0900-8844. The police will immediately secure the spot after arrival and ensure that measures are taken.

Note:
The municipality cannot solve all the notifications made. If you have made a notification about an object or an area that is not part of the municipality, the municipality is unable to solve this issue. You can the notify the owner of the problem.
